We are running four base spirit expressions all month. You pick the base, we build the balance:

Make Your Own Negroni — September 26
When: Thursday, September 26, from 8 to 9 pm
Format: three to four modifier fountains with the base spirit poured separately. Customize sweetness, bitterness, and aromatics to your taste.
How to drink it: go à la carte by the glass or take a package (final pricing to be announced).
Soundtrack: DJ set with jazz, nu jazz, and old school.

The Negroni traces back to the early 1900s in Florence, when Count Camillo Negroni asked his bartender to fortify an Americano by swapping soda for gin. Equal parts spirit, bitter, and vermouth.
